The front drive segmented telescopic straight door adopts high-strength aluminum profile docking technology, with a built-in symmetrical inner sleeve connection and 4 45 # high carbon steel steel fittings fixed inside. The bottom beam connection adopts a high-strength connection method of right and wrong, with two 43 × 28 45 # steel bars built in, and two auxiliary connecting steel plates on top and bottom, which are firmly locked by stainless steel screws to ensure that the connection does not deform and can withstand a weight of about 11 tons. Install guide wheels on the main and auxiliary gantry frames, adjust the door body to run in place, maintain straight walking, and move smoothly. The front end of the door is equipped with a movable wheel. When the door reaches the V-shaped windproof gantry and there is an error, it can easily and automatically adjust the direction and enter the gantry. The main control box adopts an integrated four-way system, which is clear at a glance and has complete functions. It is equipped with infrared anti-collision, anti climbing, and alarm function interfaces to meet the different needs of customers.
